Acts does not describe an occasional interest in Scripture.

The Bereans searched daily. They returned repeatedly to God's Word as they evaluated what Paul taught.

The people were eager to hear, but they did not surrender their responsibility to examine truth.

Opposition Returns

Thessalonica Follows Paul to Berea

The peaceful response in Berea does not last.

When opponents in Thessalonica learn that Paul is preaching the Word of God in Berea, they travel there and stir up the crowds.

Museum Observation: Opposition followed Paul from city to city, yet the Gospel continued advancing.
